Rules & Regulation Of An Examiner

The Kendra selects examiners through interviews from among the Centre holders.
To gain eligibility to appear in the interview for examinership, the Centre Holder must have passed graduation from any recognised university and the 7th Year from S.B.S.K.K. or its equivalent in any cultural subject.
Centre holders having more than 50 candidates can apply for practical and theoretical examinership.
On the basis of applications received in each session, all applicants are called for an interview.
Selection is made according to the judgment of the board appointed for this purpose.
Examiners can be recruited to any of the centres affiliated with Suro Bharati Sangeet Kala Kendra for conducting practical examinations.
It is not guaranteed that every year each and every examiner will be allotted centres.
In allotting an examiner to a centre, the only criteria shall be his/her capability, qualification, and experience.
Recruitment once made will be binding on everyone concerned. We help the Centre holders and Examiners contact each other.
After receiving the appointment letter, the centre holder and the examiner must contact each other within 10 days and fix the date of examination at the earliest.
Each and every examiner will give his/her consent letter to us and to the centre holder. On the basis of this letter, the centre holder will declare the date of the Practical Examination to the students.
The examiner will make all arrangements for his/her travelling and lodging. The Kendra will bear the expenses for the same.
An Examiner must arrive at the centre at least 30 minutes before the fixed time.
The Kendra will bear the responsibility if the examiner fails to attend on the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances, provided that the information is received by the office at least 72 hours before the examination.
At the time of examination, the examiner must strictly follow the instructions for conducting the examination as laid down in the syllabus and Rules & Regulations.
An examiner shall ask each student to sign in the space provided for students in his/her presence.
An examiner must submit the result sheet (with his/her signature and the signature of the Centre Holder) within 10 days from the date of examination. If this rule is not obeyed by the examiner, a penalty of ₹15/- per day will be charged.
An examiner shall also submit a report about the centre.
Remuneration bill is paid after a month of submission of result sheet and other papers.
